Landlord Luncheon

 

TO ALL AREA LANDLORDS
The Fremont Housing Agency invites you to a free luncheon being held for all area landlords.  The HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program will be the theme of the occasion.
This is our opportunity to thank those who already have a working relationship with the Section 8 Program and your communities.  We also want to use this time to answer any questions for landlords who might be interested in learning more and becoming participants.
We welcome Landlords, Owners and Leasing Agents.  Those who are current, former or are interested in learning more about the program are strongly urged to attend. 
A few points to be covered at the luncheon:
How this government funded program can ensure your rent is paid.
How and what you must do as a landlord to qualify for this program.
How this program may help you receive full rent monthly.
This is your opportunity to get information, ask questions and become familiar with this important program that helps so many low-income families.
